I grew up as a settler on the unceded territory of the Secwépemc and Okanagan Nations and now live and study on the unceded territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən and the W̱SÁNEĆ Nations.
I am a teacher and an artist, with a BFA in creative writing. I am grateful to be a member of the first cohort of the Indigenous Education Post-Degree Program at the University of Victoria.
